CompLab Computer Solutions On-Site Service - No travel time charges.
Standard Business Hours 8am-5pm                    $75 per hour
Evening & Weekend Hours                                    $95 per hour
Emergency Services                                                 $110 plus hourly rate

Remote Control Desktop Support - Utilizing remote software to control your computer from our office.
Standard, Evening & Weekend Hours                $55 per hour
Emergency Services                                                $110 plus hourly rate

System rebuild flat rate service.

In some instances, a virus or hardware malfunction simply cannot be repaired or the time to repair the problem will exceed the cost of the system or in general be excessive.

If we determined that the resolution to your problem will take an abnormally high amount of time, we offer a flat-rate fee to rebuild your system.  This includes:

• Backup data - if possible
• Reinstall the operating system
• Reinstall your applications (we will reinstall the first five with this service)
• Install your virus protection software (or suggest one to install)
• Install all current hardware and Microsoft drivers & patches.

  

Notes on CompLab Computer Solutions rates:
Emergency Services are same day/night service with a 2 hour response time.
Hourly rates are billed with a one hour minimum.  Additional time is billed by the half hour.
